Brown Commercial manages over 1.5 million square feet of space throughout New Jersey and New York. These properties include office, industrial/warehouse, retail and multi-family space.
Brown Commercial will assist in all aspects of property management including:
• Tenant leasing and retention
• Rent collection
• Expense payments, as well as monthly and annual income expense reports
• Monitor and maintain relationships with existing tenants to forecast future leasing needs and ensure occupancy
• Coordinate daily and weekly communication to satisfy the tenants needs on behalf of property owner
• General and preventive property maintenance
